The setup fee covers the custom work required to build your bot from scratch — training it on your website, configuring your CRM integrations, setting up SMS pipelines, testing all conversation flows, and launching it on your site. This is skilled technical work that typically takes 20–40 hours. The monthly retainer covers ongoing hosting, monitoring, updates, and optimization only.
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month after the initial 30-day period. We do offer discounted annual pricing if you choose to commit — typically saving you 2 months of the monthly retainer. But there's no minimum commitment required, and you can cancel at any time by giving 30 days notice.
We natively integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, and most major CRM platforms via API. For the Starter tier, we provide a basic email-based integration. Full automated CRM enrichment (contact creation, transcript logging, pipeline updates) is available on the Enterprise tier.
Most clients are live within 48–72 hours of their strategy call. The strategy call itself takes about 60 minutes. Build and training happens in the background after that. You'll receive a preview link to test the bot before it goes live — typically within 24 hours of the strategy call. Launch to your website is a single line of code.
Yes, and many clients do. If you start on Starter and want to add SMS Handoff and multi-lingual support, we handle the Growth upgrade for a one-time upgrade fee of $599 (instead of the full $1,197 Growth setup fee). Upgrades are applied at your next billing cycle, and the new features are live within 48 hours.
If you cancel, your bot will be taken offline at the end of your current billing period. You retain ownership of any conversation data and CRM records we've synced. We provide a full data export on request. The setup fee is non-refundable as it covers work already completed, but monthly fees beyond the initial 30-day guarantee period are never charged after cancellation.
