Yes, completely. There's no charge and no obligation. The call exists so we can understand your business and give you an honest recommendation. If Axiom AI isn't the right fit, we'll tell you that too — we'd rather lose a prospect than onboard a client who won't see results.
If you complete a strategy call and decide to move forward, most clients are live within 48–72 hours. The only thing that slows this down is a very large or complex knowledge base (e.g. an extensive product catalog), which may add 24–48 hours to the build phase.
Not at all. The only technical requirement on your end is giving us access to paste one line of code on your website — or forwarding our instructions to whoever manages your site. We handle everything else. If you use WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or Webflow, we can often install it ourselves.
