This 60-minute call is the foundation of your entire AI system. We map your ideal client profile, uncover the top 10–15 objections visitors actually have, establish your pricing triggers and lead thresholds, define what a "qualified lead" looks like for your specific business, and decide which integration tier fits your existing tech stack. You don't need to prepare anything — we run a structured interview that extracts everything we need.
What to bring: Access to your website, a rough sense of your best and worst past clients, and 60 uninterrupted minutes. That's it.
Our technical team builds your bot from scratch. This means: scraping and processing your website content into a structured knowledge base, configuring your conversation flows (greetings, qualification questions, objection handling, booking triggers), setting up your CRM API connections, configuring SMS continuation if included in your tier, building your lead scoring thresholds from your client history, and testing every edge case in the conversation tree. This phase happens entirely in the background — you won't be needed.
Typical duration: 18–36 hours post-strategy call. Complex Enterprise builds may take up to 72 hours.
